All prices listed in the catalogue include VAT. All orders received will only be definite and firm after having been accepted by us which is generally done by an explicite written confirmation or by the delivery of the items. The automatic notice which you receive immediately after placing your order, is only for your information. In case of errors of any kind, we reserve the right of not accepting the offer.

Delivery is made by DHL / Hermes. Delivery by parcel service of packages up to 31 kg (DHL/Hermes) is made within 3-4 workdays.
Larger shipments are delivered by freight carrier within 3-4 workdays; the freight carrier will notify you by phone to schedule an appointment for delivery - nothing could be easier!

The freight charges depend on the carrier and the destination. Shipment to countries other than decribed hereafter is possible. Please ask us for a quotation.
